At Reformers Bookshop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items do not meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup through our online portal.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
